Q. Where are you located?
A. Fort Lauderdale, Florida U.S.A.
Q. What is "Real World Tuning"?
A. Real World Tuning is tuning using actual test
data aquired in the "real world". Meaning, performance gains are measured in actual performance results on the racetrack,
not the dyno room. This is the method of tuning used by all top level professional race teams such as those
in Formula 1 and MotoGP.
Q. What
is the advantage of Real World Tuning vs Dyno tuning?
A. Real
World Tuning is a more efficient method of tuning because it incorperates ACTUAL load on the engine caused
by the bike weight, rider weight, and wind resistance. It also incorperates the use of dynamic airflow (rather
than static air on a dyno), this is especially important on Ram-Air equipped bikes.
Q. Why don't you advertise horsepower gains?
A. Horsepower gains are measured on the dyno, we do not believe in everything we
see on the dyno from past experiences they can be misleading.
Real World Testing has proven that some modifications that make "more power" on the dyno
can potentially result in a performance loss in the real world. We measure our gains in actual performance,
as in E.T. and M.P.H. because that's what wins races, not a dyno chart.
